Shipping policy

Customers need to ensure that the delivery address is correct. Once the goods are sent, they will not be returned or exchanged. We may need to confirm your personal information before shipping your purchase. Under normal circumstances, our store's delivery time is scheduled within 3-5 working days after confirming acceptance of the order. If the customer confirms the order on a legal holiday, the order processing time may exceed 7 working days.

Delivery service
When you purchase any ALOFT products over HKD$500, we will deliver them via SF Express for free.

For orders below HKD$500, the following shipping charges will be charged:
1. Self-pickup at SF Express Station/SF Express Smart Cabinet – HKD$30
2. SF Express (industrial/commercial/residential address) – HKD$30

Transportation method

1. SF Express (delivery takes 2-3 working days) (less than HKD$500+HKD$30) (free shipping for orders above HKD$500)
Including SF Express stations, smart lockers or lockers (you only need to fill in the outlet code for the location, such as H852FG60P)
Products will be shipped within 1-3 working days after order confirmation

2. Urgent shipment by Gogo Van or LalaMove (shipping fee is paid by the customer)
If customers need urgent shipment, they can contact customer service colleagues during office hours 11:00am-8:00pm to confirm whether the product is in stock. Generally, if the product is in stock, shipment can be arranged within 1 hour!

ALOFT Company Self-pickup
(a) We will notify you within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation.
(b) Please take delivery within 14 days of our notification. If more than 14 days pass, the order will be canceled and no refund arrangements will be made.
Self-pickup tips: Please bring your own shopping bags to support environmental protection.

Residential address delivery cannot specify a receipt date and time for all items.
Please carefully check and confirm your personal information and address when purchasing in order to arrange delivery.
*Customers can fill in the SF station/smart cabinet pickup as needed.
